The Player Registration Form as found below, must be completed in it's entirety and brought with you to the Tournament Check-In. Tournament Check-in will be at the Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills IN THE LOBBY from 7PM-9PM or out at Torchia Oliver Soccer Plex for those teams that will be playing Friday night.
