NEOASA ADMINISTRATION
| Purpose: The purpose for which this Association is formed is to promote the development of the sport of adult soccer, through organization and competition, within the territory under its jurisdiction and to guard the interest of its members. Structure: This Association shall be affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation, Inc. (USSF) and Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA). NEOASA is the sanctioned adult soccer body covering the Green Country territory of northeast Oklahoma. NEOASA currently has Men's, Women's, Men's Over 30, & Men's Master's. Any soccer team or organization in the Green Country area shall be admitted to membership in the Northeast Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association. ADMINISTRATIVE FORMS Appeals: The four documents included in this attachment are the Notice of Appeal - Procedure for appeals, Hearing procedures, Notice of appeal form, Notice of appeal document directory.Appeals of Disciplinary Action Form Insurance Information: These documents outline our insurance coverage for our organization. Describing what is covered and how much coverage is provided depending on the type of medical services is required. If an injury does occur please follow the steps outlined in the listed document. Travel Requests:Any soccer team wishing to participate in an out of state tournament is required to submit a Travel Request Form 1 week prior to the tournament. Team representatives are required to submit a complete league roster and proof of registration of any guest players. |
