NEOASA ADMINISTRATION
| Purpose: The purpose for which this Association is formed is to promote the development of the sport of adult soccer, through organization and competition, within the territory under its jurisdiction and to guard the interest of its members.
Structure: This Association shall be affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation, Inc.
(USSF) and Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA). NEOASA is the sanctioned adult soccer body covering the Green Country territory of northeast Oklahoma. NEOASA currently has Men's, Women's, Men's Over 30,
& Men's
Master's. Any soccer team or organization in the Green Country area shall be admitted to membership in the Northeast Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association.

Travel Requests:Any soccer team wishing to participate in an out of state tournament is required to submit a Travel Request Form 1 week prior to the tournament. Team representatives are required to submit a complete league roster and proof of registration of any guest players.
